1. No Return & No Refund Policy

Dhihaa Diva does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been successfully placed and shipped.

We encourage customers to carefully review the product details, images, size, colour, and other information before placing an order.

2. Before Placing Your Order

Before completing your purchase, please make sure that:

• You have selected the correct product.
• You have selected the correct size or variant, where applicable.
• Your delivery address and contact number are correct.
• You have reviewed the product description and images.
• You have checked the applicable price and shipping charges.

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

5. Refunds

Anti-tarnish jewellery requires proper care. Exposure to water, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, or improper storage may affect the appearance and finish of the jewellery.

Such changes caused by normal usage or improper care are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
